Gllu's latest collection: clothes racks! When your clothes become an entire element of your decoration.

A modern reinvention of a wardrobe essential: the hanging wardrobe. It is held together by steel wires, creating the illusion that it is floating in the air. Its light and airy appearance creates a feeling of space, as opposed to imposing cabinets and chests of drawers.

Alone or stacked, the hanging bars will blend perfectly into a large wall, a corner of a room, an entrance, and many other spaces

This method of storage promotes clarity and saves you time wasted rummaging through your cupboards. You can organize your favorite pieces there, prepare your outfit for the next day and store those few clothes that are usually lying around on a chair or on the floor.

Usage tips

1- Insert the cable through the largest hole. Pull the cable until the metal element at the end of the cable locks completely in the hole, like this.

2- Identify the desired location of the Bar on the ceiling. Space the two marks by:
- 35 cm for the 50 cm hanging bar
- 65 cm for the 80 cm hanging bar
- 105 cm for the 120 cm hanging bar
You can also use the Bar by positioning it directly on the ceiling and marking the locations of the holes using a pencil/thin screwdriver.

3- Before drilling, check the nature of your ceiling.
has. If your ceiling is solid: Then make 2 holes with a diameter of 6 mm and insert the dowels provided. You can use a hammer to insert them. Screw the screw into the dowel then element A.

b. If your ceiling is placo: We recommend using rocker anchors. Drill 2 holes with the diameter recommended on the packaging. Screw element A onto the thread of the dowel. Then insert the assembly into the hole.

4- Insert the other end of the cable to element B, like this.

5- Pull the cable to the side to adjust your ideal height. Do this on both sides, remembering to adjust the flatness of the Bar.

6- If you want to lower the cable, press the end of the element Bet and pull the cable downwards.

7- When you are satisfied, cut the excess cable with cutting pliers and hang up your most beautiful clothes.

The brand

The name "Gllu" has its origins in the Norman dialect, where it refers to the rye straw traditionally used on the roofs of Norman cottages. The brand has been involved in the production of sustainable wooden furniture since 2018 in the heart of a manufacturing workshop in Malaunay, near Rouen.

Baptiste Trouvé, the founder, seeks simplicity and aesthetics in his creations. His dream of creating a brand of furniture and objects is inspired by everyday life, whether with friends, family or in the technical world.

Each new product arises from emerging needs, sometimes in response to existing uses, sometimes by exploring new forms in the workshop.
