This KAÏA organic extra virgin olive oil comes from a small family farm in Tunisia, where Chemlali olives are harvested by hand by more than 50 women, perpetuating ancestral know-how.

These olives are carefully selected to offer an exceptional oil, cold extracted to preserve all its qualities. With fruity notes of almond and ripe tomato, this vintage offers a remarkable length in the mouth.

The brand

Kaïa, founded by Sarah Ben Romdane, is a Tunisian company that has been perpetuating family know-how since 1850. Its name combines the Arabic terms "Rokhaya" (enchantment) and "Ruqia" (elevation), reflecting the ambition to produce an olive oil that honors the Tunisian terroir.
