Three infusions, three honeys, three combinations developed by the famous flavorist Carine Baudry.

In the morning, Belle Plante infusion and Rosemary honey, a delicate and floral elegance.

The gourmet notes of Rosemary honey, with camphor and resinous peaks, enhance the majestic rosy floral notes of the Belle Plante infusion.

In the afternoon, a Pousse Délice infusion and lavender honey. A lively and fresh between meals. The lavender honey and the Pousse Délice infusion go together wonderfully, offering a magnificent bouquet of beautiful freshness in the mouth, vegetal and aniseed in length.

In the evening, a Morphée infusion & White Heather honey for a rich and delicious freshness. The Morphée infusion, with camphor and vegetal notes, awakens the woody, malty and spicy aromas of white heather honey.

Miel Martine is a 100% French honey brand, based in Provence and attached to the Château La Martinette.

This is the first brand that is 100% traceable by an independent body. By scanning a QR on the back of the pot, it is possible to know all the stages, from harvest to potting.

Their experienced beekeepers take care of the bees which produce delicate and high quality honey, awarded at the Epicures 2019 (Bronze Medal).
