In the early 1990s, Pierre Bosc-Bierne fell under the spell of the candy stick, a shiny object used to sweeten hot drinks.

This discovery inspired the creation of CANASUC, a brand that quickly distinguished itself with its innovative sugars. Each creation begins with a drawing, an idea, which takes shape after numerous prototypes to arrive at a visually unique result.
