€904,00

The Rocking Chair was designed by  Borge Mogensen in the 1950s. Even today, the chair has lost none of its charm and is an essential piece for a cozy living room.

The chair instinctively invites you to lean back and forth to slowly find a rhythm in which you will peacefully rock. Its high backrest and armrests are a real invitation to relaxation and comfort!

The seat is in molded beech, the legs and backs are in solid beech. The wood used is FSC® certified from European forests.

FDB Mobler is a Danish company created in the 1940s by 2 young designers. Now, 75 years later, the company is reviving old classics while creating new designs.

History of Børge Mogensen (1914-1972)
Børge Mogensen is one of the most important and influential representatives of Danish design. Virtually everyone in Denmark is familiar with his designs - from the famous modern FDB furniture of the 1940s to the countless classics that have furnished homes and public spaces in Denmark since World War II. Børge Mogensen believed that furniture should adapt to people, not the other way around, and that the functional quality of furniture was paramount. Its entire range of furniture – sofas, dining tables and chairs – is distinguished by a recurring theme: simple lines, solid wood surfaces and supple cordovan leather. A modern design with a distinguished history.
