Usage tips

1 - Position your shelf in the desired location, draw a mark on the wall to the left of the shelf and mark your drilling point 3 cm to the right of this mark. You have the location of your first drilling.

2 - From this first point, mark the other holes respecting the following spacing:
For the 80 cm Mega-Poses: → 37 cm → 34 cm

3 - When positioning the holes, make sure that they are well aligned and level using a spirit or laser level. Before drilling, check the accuracy of the locations of your lines by positioning the Mega-Poses below.

4 - On your placo, concrete or brick wall, drill holes 6 mm in diameter and 5 cm deep. Insert the dowels using the hammer then position the screws so as to leave a space of 6 mm between the screw head and the wall.

5 - Position the shelf on the screws and slide it to the right. If the shelves are not held well or are too hard to slide, tighten or loosen the screw to have the optimal space between the screw head and the wall.
To remove the Mega-Poses, proceed in reverse.

The brand

The name "Gllu" has its origins in the Norman dialect, where it refers to the rye straw traditionally used on the roofs of Norman cottages. The brand has been involved in the production of sustainable wooden furniture since 2018 in the heart of a manufacturing workshop in Malaunay, near Rouen.

Baptiste Trouvé, the founder, seeks simplicity and aesthetics in his creations. His dream of creating a brand of furniture and objects is inspired by everyday life, whether with friends, family or in the technical world.

Each new product arises from emerging needs, sometimes in response to existing uses, sometimes by exploring new forms in the workshop.
