Matías Larraín was born in Argentina and currently resides in France. In 2018, he began to gradually shift towards working as an illustrator, which eventually became his full-time profession.

Larraín uses both traditional and digital methods to bring his ideas to life, often working with paper, scissors, colored pencils, paint and digital drawing software.

He nurtures a passion for cycling travel, photography and the experience of meeting new people and exploring new landscapes which are important sources of inspiration.

Larraín's works reflect the world around him, characterized by naive shapes, organic patterns and vibrant colors.
